Registration fees are necessary and are obligates for all participants.
VAT is included in registration fee.
*Registration fee (members, participants and students) includes: admittance to all congress sessions and exhibition; congress materials (Final programme and Abstract book); congress bag; certificate of attendance; coffee breaks; opening and closing ceremony; welcome reception.

+Students must provide student ID (transcript, copy of student identification card, or letter signed by head of department) upon registration.

All bank charges are to be paid by registrants and should be paid in addition to the total amount (foreign participants should add ~10 € to cover bank charges).
On site payments will be accepted as well.
Important notice:
- payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
- for summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
- payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
- VAT (25%) is included in the registration fee
- All payments will be effected in Croatian currency
- Please make bank transfers free of charge for the beneficiary. Any charges for banking fees or incorrect remittance of registration will be collected on site by the Conference Office
- Your registration will be valid only upon the organizer receives copy that confirms full payment for your registration

Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations of Congress registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Congress Organizer e-mail: kongres@hlu.hr
Cancellation is possible under following conditions:
– untill August 13, 2013 – will be charged 300 kn / per person
– from August 14, 2013 till September 11, 2013 – will be charged 500 kn / per person
– after September 12, 2013 – no refund will be made
All authors presenting either oral or poster presentations must complete an registration and remit the required registration fee by August 30, 2013 in order to remain on the final program.
Official Letter of Invitation:
Official Letters of Invitation, which are intended to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries, to used for visa application and for your employer, will be issued on request to the Organizing Committee. Such letters do not imply commitment of financial or other support by the organizers.
